My Name is Cally

I am a Life Coach, specialising in self-love, mindset and transformation. My passion and purpose is to help people to embody their highest self, stand in their power and truth and create the life they dream of. Ever since I can remember, I've been a strong empath, people have always come to me for advice, to vent and to express themselves. I have always loved holding space for others, it gives me a sense of purpose and it fills my heart with joy to help someone else feel more at peace or less alone. 

For years, I felt like my soul was being crushed every day doing a job that I had no true passion for. My higher self was shouting to me and pleading with me to follow her lead. I knew I was meant for something more, something different. I wanted to follow my passion of empowering others and to go to sleep every night with a full heart, feeling fulfilled and knowing that I had made a difference in the world.

I finally answered the call

I finally answered the call. Limiting beliefs crept in, telling me that I wasn't good enough, wasn't qualified enough, didn't know what I was talking about and that I didn't know where to start but I knew deep in my soul that this was not true. I was made for this. Everything that I am is exactly what my clients need. I have a multitude of knowledge, wisdom and experiences mixed with undeniable ambition, fierce passion and drive and overflowing compassion. I knew the world needed my gift and I was finally ready to give it.

All of the things that I teach in my coaching are things that have helped me personally. Tools and techniques that have improved my mindset and self-talk astronomically, thus, elevating my mental and emotional state, and in turn, improving all areas of my life.

Everything I have ever struggled with, every shitty situation, every limiting belief, every week of procrastination, every day I spent hating my body and criticising my mind, all lead to this. All of these lessons give me a rich insight and first hand experience of overcoming them all.


I have been through a lot healing myself and I naively thought I had I near enough finished my healing as I made the decision to take the leap and become a coach. The universe let me see that this was wrong and that I still had a lot of inner work that I needed to complete and a lot more lessons to get through before I was fully ready to be the guide and mentor that I am today.

I want you to know that whatever is that your heart and soul desires, you can have it. You can be, do or have anything you want. You can and will overcome any obstacles in your path as soon as you decide that you're ready.

My job is to support you and remind you of the powerful Goddess/King that you truly are. To remind you that no one deserves your love and acceptance more than you do. To remind you that life is meant to be enjoyed and made the most of and that you are the creator of your reality.
